Well, with how much of a cunt Brie Larson seems to be, maybe Marvel wants to upgrade and have an even worse female lead for their movies.

Though, having her as an MCU Black Cat would be a bit weird to work alongside Tom Holland for… obvious reasons. There was enough ara ara going around back when Endgame happened, don't need it with an actual abuser.
