To be fair, storywise she is supposed to be a depowered reincarnation of the previous wolf. And let's not forget she not only beats Orochi (three times) but also a giant spider-woman (three times) a fire-centaur, a microscopic suit of armor, robot owls and a small fish.

I think she far exceeded her previous self.

Honestly that just makes me wonder why your past self doesn't just immediately destroy Gold Orochi. And makes me further wonder why your past self effectively died in one hit
