"All games everywhere" is excessive, it's kind of crucial to Minecraft and the like; I do agree that way too many games have it though, and many would be better without.

I actually disagree. I don't really like fallout 4 but I love building, even if it can be janky. I must have developed every settlement my second run. My only complaint might be to add more traditional settlements and not make capturing settlements mandatory, but building was definitely funny.
