Dimitrescu being Romanian, Beneviento being Italian, Moreau being French, and Heisenberg being German. Aspects of their lineage is more obvious in other ways, like Heisenberg's experimented monsters being called "Soldat" and in Donna's house you can find what looks to be a traditional Italian looking dress in a bedroom.
