Good morning This morning while leaving my Apt for work at 4:55 am 2 black males came running around the left corner of the building ((looking at apt bldg from pk lot) they wore a type of mask that covered just their mouths. One stated "Im gonna take off" the other one ran around the far corner of the apt bld to my right (viewing from my back door looking out at pk lot) bldgeby woods) I yelled "hey!" more to startle them than anything else but they were gone in a few seconds I think they had parked in our parking lot and went somewhere else to do whatever they were doing because they were running around the corner of; when I stepped out on the patio. I don't think my opening the door is what caused them to run..they were already running, or so it appeared. When I pulled out I looked to see if they were visible but they had already put some distance between them and the building. and I saw nothing. To : Jane St. and other Street residents From: Residents of Humberview/Humber Trail Although the new parking regime allows Permit Holders to park on any street, we have clearly witnessed abuse of this privilege. In many cases, the residents of other streets have left their vehicle for up to a week or more or have kept a space on their own street by parking on ours. Residents of our 2 streets who have lived here for 20-30 years, have had to sometimes park on Jane St. where some of the abusers actually live. You have been identified as one of the regular vehieles parking in our area. Please attempt park Where you live as much as possible, You have been disrupting Permitholders on or our streets for some time now, When you take space on Humberview, residents are forced onto Humber Trail or vice-versa and even to Jane St. when neither street has space. It's a domino effect. There's plenty of space on Jane- and unlike our streets - both sides. If you need to park on our streets away from rush hour, please move your car back immediately after rush hour is over. Why should we be inconvenienced? All residents of this street have permits and have had them on average for 15-30 years and in front of our homes. Prior to the regime change, there was a 3-house rule meaning you couldn't park more than 3 houses away from your own home. You are obviously doing more than that even though the rule no longer applies. You can't be surprised at our animosity when we are forced elsewhere because of your cavalier attitude. If you park here, at least one long-time resident is peeved at you and often, more than one! The City obviously never thought the new regime through and has told us we need to have a petition of a minimum of 10 residents of our streets (No problem as most of us have been inconvenienced) to initiate enforcement and we are in the process of preparing same for submission.

7:51 O all 49%| Animals-Cats on the Loose & Raccoo... HOA residents, I am communicating to everyone that we continue to see a lot of animal waste in our yard. We have Googled it, and we have determined that it's most likely raccoons that are eating bird feed off the ground from our neighbors' yards. We are in the midst of trying to trap it so we can take it to another location outside of also having problems with stray cats (a black and white one and a tabby) that continue to dig, reside and leave waste in our yard. I understand people have outside cats, but we don't want them in our yard. I don't know who they belong to, but there is a good possibility that it will get trapped and released at a farm in Oldham County to live with other strays whose purpose is to keep mice away. We don't know what else to do, and we are not planning on putting up a fence anytime soon. We are not trying to be cruel to any of these animals. We are simply trying to remove them from our neighborhood. Unfortunately, we are If either of those aforementioned cats are yours, you might want to keep an eye on them.
