Honestly, I would rather play the most boring and run- out- the- mill visual novel you can think of rather than playing any modern Ubisoft game.
Specially considering how they treat their employees.

I'm going to be honest, 90% of my gaming intake now is DS shovelware and licensed tie-in games, Fire Emblem Fates, and the 3DS port of Terraria. Maybe if I'm not doing anything else with my PC I'll play Cities:Skylines, Garry's Mod, maybe emulate some PS2/Gamecube games and every once in a blue moon, I'll boot up Ace Combat 7 or Team Fortress 2. I wouldn't call myself super serious about gaming at all and I really just use it to twiddle my thumbs whenever I'm not busy with something and don't have the time to pour into drawing.

Modern games really don't come off as that appealing to me and I'm starting to have trouble telling them apart. I'd rather keep playing some janky DS de-makes of last decade's masterpieces than "The same game from last month that doesn't add much to the franchise, but we have a celebrity from that show from 10 years ago that you didn't watch." that takes up 500GB because for some god-awful reason compression and optimization are lost arts.

TL;DR: I'm going to keep playing the same games I've been playing for the last 10-15 years because they don't do dumb shit like this.
