This is how the name normally appears in the pause menu: 4 COOL, COOL MOUNTAIN Keep switching between levels and eventually it may become this: 4 COOL, CUOL MOUNTAIN Or alternatively, this: 4 COOL, COOL MUUNTAIN The same happens with Big Boo's Haunt, which is normally this: 5 BIG BOO'S HAUNT But may change to this: 5 BIG BOO'S HAONT The reasons for this are unknown.
