Arkham City: Holds several paramedics and a police officer hostage, including putting one in a fake game of chance' actively electrocuting one while Batman tries to solve the room, and hooking up explosive headsets to a few more.
Arkham Origins: Disrupts radio towers across Gotham and threatens to release incriminating info to disrupt the city government.
Arkham Knight: Kidnaps Catwoman and puts an explosive collar on her, then repeatedly sicks killer robots on her and Batman. Plus there are more puzzles in this game that can actually kill the Bat.

Bruh I don't think janothay played anything past Arkham Asylum

Wtf no. Riddler takes hostages so to force Batman to solve his riddles. He's a narcisist with an inferiority complex, who does what it does only to be recognized as the smarter.
