This guy is apparently a manosphere-affiliated incel dating instructor turned "independent analyst" (read: Kremlin's useful idiot) who was rumored to have disappeared in his residence in Ukraine in the past two weeks.

What is this idiotic schizoid nonsense?

Russia amounts to less than 25% of oil imports. The EU could just start buying more oil from elsewhere.

And the value of currency is tied to the overall size & strength (in particular the outlook of future growth) of a nation's economy – and Russia's was both tiny and sickly compared to the EU's even before the war. And the sanctions will rip the guts out of Russia's economy further, crushing it. If anything, the EU now dictates Russia's survival.
