I informed the young lady who made the smoothie that I could taste the Sugar Crystals and that I don't eat white sugar. I asked why didn't she use the White Chocolate Powder? I then asked for a manager. I spoke with a manager name Victoria. Il expressed my concerns to Victoria and Victoria was extremely rude. It was if she was putting on a show for her employees and the customers that were waiting. Victoria told me that I should have specified what I wanted. I explained to Victoria that I visit several different Tropical Smoothie locations and that I never had to specify the sweetener I wanted. The Awesome Orange clearly does not contain White Sugar. I asked could she make the Smoothie over and she refused saying that they don't make the smoothies over. She also refuse to refund my money. I left the establishment and called Corporate Office. At approximately 3:08 pm, I spoke with a Customer Care Representative named Rose. After explaining to Rose what had happened, she took down my information and then gave me an "option". First option was a gift card. The second option was to have someone return my call. I chose to have someone call back. Needless to say, I received neither. I'm extremely disappointed at the treatment I was shown in person and over the phone. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me.
