10:11 1 <= Home 46 Prescott Good Eats Like It's a couple years since I've been to Saint Michaels bistro in Prescott, I went there to get a Reuben because it said it was $12 on the menu online. I got to the restaurant they had raise the prices to $16 for the sandwich, also if you were wanting a Reuben with sauerkraut they do not use sauerkraut which I don't think you actually really call it a Reuben sandwich it's a corn beef sandwich. On the menu the gluten-free bread was $1.50 online and at the restaurant. They charge me three dollars for that gluten-free bun and would not change it on top of that they would charge you $1.50 for a side of ranch which they don't tell you there's a charge nor does it say anywhere on their menu they charge for it. The waitress did take the $1.50 off for the very small side of ranch but wouldn't fix the charge for the gluten-free bread. Was not impressed and was very disappointed at #bistrostmichael And there is no manager to talk to you about this at all. My gym has a childcare room, kids under 12 are not allowed on the gym floor. Today, there was a member pushing her child around in a stroller. When I went to staff, I was told managment allowed this. I went into the childcare room and inquired about it agian and was told the child has seperation anxiety and cries for 20 minutes so is allowed. At this point I did cancel my membership but wanted to work out before I left, so I confronted the woman personally that I did not feel comfortable working out near her child, and I told her to move her child. She was upset that I was confrontational and went to the front desk. Then I was approached by the same staff person I originally complained to, and was told to leave and never come back, (remember I already cancelled) and when I asked why I had to leave, he threatened to call the cops! I was ok with that bc I know I did nothing wrong, when the cop showed up he said he was responding to a call for a disorderly female, but no mention of the child being on the gym floor. I gave him my side of the story and he took it all down. My questions are even though I have no desire to go there, and already cancelled, its a private gym he is not the owner, can they really refuse service to ME? I was not the one being distracting or unsafe, and I think they might be in violations here with the department of human services. Should I be reporting them to Child Line and suing them for discrimination?
