Criminal Action No. 22-299 (CKK) MEMORANDUM OPINION (January 10, 2023) For their actions as members of the riot at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, Defendants Shawndale Chilcoat and Donald Chilcoat were charged by indictment with six counts, including felony counts.
