I'm sorry :( people on the road are sometimes pure evil sociopaths, I've experienced them as well. Best thing to do is get a dashcam. Then if this happens again you can get proof of them harassing you + their license plate and show it to the police. They'll run him and he'll get in trouble + may have warrants.
