Does the original instance of me still exist?

If yes, then it is not me pulling the lever. Or at least once it's accumulated enough experiences different and separate from my own, it is no longer me.

If no, then it is me as there is no original to compare against, nor develop alternative experiences to. With the absence of the original and no discernible differences between it and me, it might as well be me.
