I mean, in retrospect, Roxy was perhaps the one animatronic who legit got damaged in an accident. Chica, intentional as fuck as Greggory baited her into the trash compactor. Monty also, with the evidence being the file that stated that happened before and during the fight the bucket is filled and then dumped onto him intentionally. Roxy, well she just sort of jumped onto the track of her own volition. Greggory jumped from the cart and even without the drift prior, Roxy would have still been hit. It's not like hitting her was his intention, but it did serve his plans. Beyond taking her eyes, which honestly were too damaged for Roxy to use anyway (and with no means to repair herself), Greggory didn't damage Roxy intentionally.

tl;dr – Roxy you fucked yourself up, don't blame Greggory. Besides you were trying to kill him.
