Adults can talk loud and leave their cups and plates at the table or on the counter. Dogs sometimes bark and can pee... but that can be mopped up......no problem, right? NAM Hi, I'm here to name and shame a company. The company is called and it was founded in and i thought that because it was founded in my town that i could receive a free year subscription. I sent out a request to receive my free items but was denied very rudely (picture below) I then responded to the email in a way that i thought was nice and around 20 minutes later i logged back on and seen my account was suspended indefinitely. I then sent a few more emails to their customer support and was then contacted by the customer service team leader saying that i'm no longer allowed to contact their customer support about this issue. For a company valued over 470 M and a stock price of $41, i think they would be able to give me a free subscription to all services they offer (plus 3000* which only comes up to about A$2200 a year, which they could very well afford. I am a loyal user and they basically just threw me out. They have a chat button on their corporate site, so if you want to advocate for me and my unfair treatment and the rude "support" employee Gianna, please do and mention my name and this Facebook post.
