NAM Hi, I'm here to name and shame a company. The company is called and it was founded in and i thought that because it was founded in my town that i could receive a free year subscription. I sent out a request to receive my free items but was denied very rudely (picture below) I then responded to the email in a way that i thought was nice and around 20 minutes later i logged back on and seen my account was suspended indefinitely. I then sent a few more emails to their customer support and was then contacted by the customer service team leader saying that i'm no longer allowed to contact their customer support about this issue. For a company valued over 470 M and a stock price of $41, i think they would be able to give me a free subscription to all services they offer (plus 3000* which only comes up to about A$2200 a year, which they could very well afford. I am a loyal user and they basically just threw me out. They have a chat button on their corporate site, so if you want to advocate for me and my unfair treatment and the rude "support" employee Gianna, please do and mention my name and this Facebook post. K R Rebecca 8 months ago Dine in $20-30 Let's start with what was good ..... that's easy cause there was nothing. When you go in your met with the loudest most annoying music you ever heard. When I went to the counter the girl asked me if I was ready to order. I didn't even have time to look. She told me there was a menu on the wall and told me to go back.... I went around to find a cluttered small print menu. I ordered and it was $30 for 2 tacos and a nasty guacamole with pine apples. The chairs are uncomfortable when I asked if there were different seating options the man in the back said no. Fine.... The they call your name like your in a elementary school class.... How embarrassing.,.. when I asked the man to turn the volume down he said he did but did not. I asked for a manager to tel him about my experience. The manager said looks like there's nothing I can do to help you. I've never been treated so rude. Someone with that mental capacity should not be allowed to run a business. I would like to be l contact with corporate. I will not be coming back and I suggest you do the same.
