nazrin IS NOT NYN姉貴 (nyon aneki) WHY NOT? (i'll tell you) they look similar, right? because of that many people mistake NYNto be nazrin however, they are both seperate characters entirely let me tell you about both of them NAZRIN she originates from touhou project and debuted in touhou 12: UFO she is a mouse youkai sent by bishamonten to watch over shou toramaru (nyon aneki) NYN姉貴 she originates from cookie☆ and represents an exaggerated characterization of a voice actor named nyon nyon voice acted as nazrin in a parody-esque voice drama, but they are not the same character the character NYNherself is typically portrayed by fans as someone who runs a confectionary shop based on the voice drama so.. what is cookie☆??? cookie's structure is based upon having made fun of (usually) touhou voice dramas and voice actors this is the dark side of cookie☆ most characters in cookie☆ are loosely based off real voice actors and have little to nothing to do with touhou aside from appearance the cookie fandom uses these exaggerated characters to make up their own stories and videos basically cookie is complicated but it's characters are not the same as touhou characters if you are interested in it i recommend looking into it on the internet (you will have to put in some effort but that's basically how i came to understand it) currently an english wiki is in development to help explain cookie☆ and it's characters, so please support that Im not good at explaining things but i tried my best to put it into the simplest terms i possibly could
