"Kuzan is Much Faster and Can Freeze His Opponents" is a catchphrase and snowclone that started on the /r/OnePiecePowerScaling subreddit on December 10th, 2024 in which users ironically say that Kuzan and other characters would win a fight or should have won a fight based on being much faster and being able to perform a certain action typically involving freezing opponents.

Origin

On December 10, 2024, reddit user Sufficient_Growth786 submitted a picture of a "who would win" style poll of Kuzan vs Yamato & Boa Hancock to the /r/OnePiecePowerScaling subreddit with the title of "Do You Approve?" and the results showed Kuzan winning with 78% of the vote. In arguments against Kuzan winning, reddit users typically pointed out how horny Kuzan is to which reddit user Dookie12345679 started spamming in replies "Kuzan is much faster and can also freeze his opponents" . Users of the sub latched onto this and started making memes about it. Examples below.

On December 11, 2024, the meme started spreading to other anime subreddits with the first one being /r/BleachPowerScaling with a post asking Since Toshiro is much faster and can freeze his opponents, can he beat Uryu without antithesis? shown below

On December 13th, 2024 the first instance of the meme being referenced outside of reddit happened with Youtuber Alecations uploading a video on how the meme has spread around Reddit.
