You scheduled an appointment for 8:00-10:00 am service and cancelled the appointment at 8:26 am, as our technician was on the way to your home. You could have easily notified us when you scheduled another company to service you sooner and this all could have been avoided. Instead, you occupied a spot on our schedule and didn't have the courtesy to call and cancel in a timely manner. Alexis, who is anything but rude, agreed to waive the cancellation fee prior to you leaving this review yet you still found the need to mislead other potential customers and leave us a negative review, which speaks volumes to your character.
