One thing that's that's very big right now is the whole issue about outdated attitudes you know racism or sexism or classism or things like that, that writers of the past may have had... and they're changing the words they're making it I don't know more for a modern audience less offensive or something like that but some of the changes are just ridiculous there's a word.. they eliminated the word 'fat' because it would be offensive to fat people and I've struggled with my weight all my life believe me and they've substituted it for enormous which I don't think is is an improvement.. leave it the way they wrote it and just put if you want to say this book was written in '1952' and reflects the attitudes that should do it you don't have ⚫ to change the actual text.
