Worth the effort 02/13/2024 Crowd-pleaser Family favorite These are my modifications because of what I had on hand.I sautéed my sweet onions and butter.I used heavy whipping cream... 2/3 of a cup. I used a few more eggs because I like it thick .I added havarti cheese mixed with Munster cheese. I used chicken breast instead of the spinach because I didn't have any spinach on hand. I also threw in fresh, crushed bacon and a pinch of ginger paste. Sea salt and ground pepper. This is how my family likes it... You can use a crust, but I cover it with the pie cover or you can make it without the crust.I always make it with the crust, but I don't eat the crust. I don't like my quiche overcooked or burnt anywhere using the crustless version. Bon appétit!! Gina ■ Helpful (1)
