Stranger: *is You: It's a site designed to collect funny pictures from around the internet ranging from adorable cats doing funny things, to people tormenting each other for sport. You: Also it has ponies Stranger: then no You: Do you like ponies? Stranger: yeah You: Oh fun, another one, who's your favorite? Stranger: my favorite? of who? You: Ok then, different ponies in mind apparently. I was refering to the television show My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Stranger: oh i dont watch that. and by different ponies in mind what did u think i was refering to? You: When you showed confusion, I assumed you meant actual horses, instead of my original assumption that you also enjoyed My Little Pony Stranger: oh ok Stranger: how old are you? You: Why? Stranger: cuz u said u enjoyed My Little Pony i was jw You: ahh You: I am 20. And actually, it is much better than most people's preconceived notions of the show. It is no longer directed solely at young girls, but rather, has been specifically designed for people of all age groups, and sexes to enjoy together. It is an obvious business strategy, as appealing to only one small corner of the market is just going to limit how much money you can earn Stranger: oh ok You: For example, one episode ends with a shot for shot remake of the award ceremony from the end of Star Wars IV: A New Hope. Stranger: oh i see You: Anyway, if you're willing to look past any preconceived stereotypes regarding the show, you may find that it is very much like Disney back in the day, when they threw in references for the adults to enjoy while the younger ones enjoyed the magic of it all. I would highly recommend at least trying it. Stranger: ok i'll try it You: Great. I should warn you the first two episodes are a little hard to sit through on your first time through, so don't let them affect your decision on whether or not to continue Stranger: kay thanks for the warning You: Once you get a few episodes in, it becomes much more enjoyable, and you may even have found that you connect to a specific character on the show already Stranger: ok Stranger: any way i got to get going. bye You: Goodbye, and I hope you enjoy it Stranger: kay have a nice evening You: You too MyLittle Brony.com
