FUN FACT: "Orange soda" is street slang for suboxone, an orange-colored, citrus-flavored drug used to help someone withdraw from opiate use, like heroin, morphine, oxycodone, among others. Because Kel is a doset drug addict struggling to overcome his constant battle with substance abuse. Theyve not just been selling him actual soda at the grocery store- they've been mixing in that prescription drug to help him combat his horrible addiction, keeping it secret at his family's request by concealing the drug in those seemingly innocent soda bottles he buys so nobody knows how messed up he really is. And why does he keep drinking it so dang much? He just can't get enough of the drugs to make that pain go away once and for all.. NicK
