After all, Discord/the gays aren't ashamed of their choice of lifestyle, are they? Discord/the gays will INSIST that this is who they are, what they were born to be. And they have aso much fun being who they are. But we all know chaos/wickedness is a choice, don't we? If they can only be convinced of the love of good godly people... surely they will come around? And so the episode goes. Fluttershy (the good Christian), embraces the wicked Discord (the gay), and shows through words, deeds and a good, godly life, you can leave the chaos/gay behind, and live a life through God. BUT OH, the frustration! Discord/the gays don't WANT to cast aside their wickedness. They're PROUD! And they mock. Oh, how they mock. They think they're so clever with their talking points and hey guys, point and laugh" tactics. But we suffer, and persevere, through God's love. Don't give up! You CAN pray away the gay! They keep yelling "F------ burn!"... I mean "Discord's a bad guy! He can't change! Don't trust him." But we must not turn our backs on our friends. They're not bad people; they just have a harder time hating the sin but loving the sinner. It's a challenge, we know. It's always "God hates f------", and "Fine, be gay, just do it away from us! There's no hope for you; go vote Democrat somewhere else! We're the majority here, and we're in charge!".... or rather, "Send Discord back to where he came! He's tricking you! He'll betray us all. He can't change. Just leave him and come back to us and be happy." But we mustn't walk away Have faith. Have faith that kindness and love and never, ever leaving them alone can we finally bring them away from their deathstyle and embrace the love and light of goodness... and form a true relatrionship with a higher power. Just be patient, and they will soon be speaking to and asking forgiveness from the almighty, and we will all hold hands and laugh and live togetehr in harmony. The wicked gay/chaos will be forever banished, and our friends/ponies will set aside their anger and embrace the sinners who so truly WANT to change... they just don't know it. Such a clever metaphor. But when you look at the writing team, it's not surprising. Teddy Antonio was homeschooled and lived a strict, Christian upbringing, and Dave Polsky is an open, commited Christian who has spent years as a social worker, so it's not surprising is it? We write what we know, and a syndicated, popular children's show is such a powerful vehicle to spread The Good Word; how can one resist?
