So, This is just a little silly crossover that came to my mind, It fits because both things were based around creatures that came from children's mind that they believed it exists, And both of these events in child-heads actually interacting with a real child through their whole main plot, and they're also both based around places filled with these children made creatures,Both Eduardo and Sully were used to be afraid of little children, Mike and Bloo has many similarities in personality as well, Wasn't sure but my original idea was either to cast a Young Frankie or Mac to cast as Boo and put him/her as a shadow on the door, Just like the real cover it's spoofed on, It does looks like a Comic sorta, Since original didn't had the logo on the bottom
