The gist of it seems to be that Inumuta's feeling the sting of being left out of "The Mightiest Five".

I found that weird in the episode, they got picked as the mightiest 5, but they are the only ones who got weapons that can actually hurt the COVERS, hell the mightiest 5 didn't even last 3 minutes before Ryuuko put them to shame.
