it says alot when even CAPCOM allows fan projects to be realeased with no problems

Thing is, Capcom doesn't seem to care about Mega Man anymore so they're like "eh, sire, whatever, how about you buy the fifth re-release of Street Fighter IV instead?"

…yeah I'm still a bit sore that Capcom canceled Legends 3. =\ (not even gonna bring up Hasbro… save for here)
