Notes:

When conquering Southueland of Kinds, Spain sends Peru on a mission to find ores. Perú finds lot of metals, and creates Chile.

Chile end as a shantytown, and Spain returns to Spanistan to slaughter elephants (reference to the king of Spain elephant killing scandal).

This enrages Chile each time he sees Perú, implying that Chile blames Peru for his own faults.

The cartoon satirically uses the word IDH (spanish) instead of HDI (Human Development Index), because Chile brags all the time about his HDI being slightly larger than Argentina, making Chile the most developed nation.

It was submitted to Countryball World (Facebook) "Mith of Creation" contest, but was rejected due to being submitted too late.
