Oh god, this cartoon was fun as hell. I think it was made by the same assholes from Street Fighters, same bad voice acting, nonsensical animation with constant changes of art style, stupid stories and events, hilariously bad written dialogs…

And a very weird subplot where EVERYBODY finds Rikuo sexually appealing (or should I say "Curiously attractive"), even "for a fishmen".

My favourite part is this:

"All hail the Imperial Pudding!
THERE ARE LIZARDS IN MAH PANTS!"

My hovercraft is full of eels.
