Dark Souls - SNES Old Iron King

Actually, now that I think about it, that boss fight was basically programmed like it should look like this. He stood perfectly still, had slam and beam attacks, and only changed position by going underneath the level. Basically a classic boss fight.

He's also got the standard "background boss that attacks with giant hands" setup going.
