It's probably unintentional because of the way the show is animated, but man you'd never get away with "boob wobble" in most American cartoons. Teen Titans got away with gainaxing ONCE, but then never again (the episode where Robin is forced to date Kitten, there's actually a scene where Starfire comes into frame so quickly you can actually see her breasts jiggle for a second with a "wobble" sound bite added in… gotta say 13 year old me was surprised as hell they got away with that).
