I don't want to sound like a dick, but been fun to play doesn't mean he can reach good placements. He has really bad moves and matchups overall, I would put him low in a tier list too.

HOWEVER, if you REALLY enjoy playing as that character and thinks you can have potential with that character and that character only, don't let a tier list change that and keep playing as that character, then just be aware of their weakness though.
