Aggretsuko won't be in Smash Bros. Ultimate for obvious reasons, but I made that for a laugh since the game launches tomorrow, december 7th.
Hulk is upset about not being in Smash Bros. Ultimate. But, cartoon, comic, anime and manga characters are not allowed.

I think that the only reason that they didn't was to prevent people from complaining how Character X wasn't included on the poll. That, and such a list would imply that they would get to every character included on the poll.
