I'm expecting most companies with past relations with Nintendo to pitch at least one character until October

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind him being playable, but with the amounts of requests people are giving him it seems all but guaranteed that he'll be in. Is that bad? Not necessarily, but it'll make his reveal a lot less…revealing. It makes it more expected that he'll be a playable character.
It's kind of like the smash leak where we found out every single playable character other than the DLC ones. A lot of people were pissed because they were spoiled about the characters. Sure, it might not seem that way to the people voting K. Rool, but there are literally thousands voting for him. I'd be surprised if the next announced dlc character WASN'T K. Rool.

Also because I've come across quite a few butthurt fans that he wasn't in the base game. I've even seen someone call smash 4's roster "the worst videogame roster ever" simply because K. Rool wasn't on it. I definitely know that not all the K. Rool fans think like that, and I've been pretty butthurt about roster choices too, but hey. I'd also mention how a lot of the ridleyfags (not the ridleyFANS, just the ridleyfags) also are kroolfags but by now the Ridley shitstorm is over and I don't think I need to really talk much about that guy again.
