Well, every fandom has people like that. Sad but true.

Though, don't see much of it myself. I guess it's mostly a tumblr thing?

And the 4th and 5th points I don't see that much of a problem with. People will skew aspects like that a lot simple for the sake of What If and Alternate Universe types of art and stories. An all in good fun kind of thing.
