A Friend that costs 1 Action Token to play with 3 power is very useful early in the game to confront a Problem. It gives you an advantage early on. The card has a major drawback to compensate its usefulness, so its a fair trade.

Sombra's another card in the set that has the ability to sacrifice your Friends to make himself more powerful (it cannot get rid of itself as well).

Of course, both of these cards can be taken care of this card below, but that's a sideboard card at best.
