They come across another one of DIO's minions. Only that he is so hilariously inept and easy to beat that he's essentially a gag.

His stand is "The Idiot" (another part to the joke). It lets him morph the back of his head for disguise. Hense, he tries to lure Jotaro, Joseph, and Kakyoin into a trap. But they don't buy it for a second because it's painfully obvious that everything is reversed. Because he's facing them backward.
