His stand is "The Idiot" (another part to the joke). It lets him morph the back of his head for disguise. Hense, he tries to lure Jotaro, Joseph, and Kakyoin into a trap. But they don't buy it for a second because it's painfully obvious that everything is reversed. Because he's facing them backward.
