I believe it came from a mspaint comic on one of the chans. The last panel was a guy standing up proud with hands on hips with the text “and not a single fuck was given that day.” above. The last panel was taken out and edited to resemble different characters from various media.
The picture of Charmander looks similar with the pose.

I saw a meme of Randy Marsh from the medicinal fried chicken episode (where he was sun tanning, smoking cigarettes, and having an x ray machine expose him to radiation when he was trying to get cancer) and it was photo shopped with a similar phrase but I believe it was “This, is what not giving a fuck looks like” or some such, and I can’t find it anywhere. Has anyone seen this????

The reason most people think this entry should be deadpooled is that there is no evidence of this “meme” being modified, spread, or even known.

does every meme have to have a background though? it’s just a sentence like “who was phone?” that was probably once posted and got adopted by more and more people… you guys definitely don’t understand the true definition of the word “meme” if you say this isn’t one.

why so negative? the entry can be edited as more is found on its origin. all I know is that it’s being used more and more frequently on 4chan nowadays. also it’s not just one picture, there’s several of these around.

BTW, I think, like Suddenly, Bananas, this is an interruptor meme if you wanna put that in there.
