This statement was created May 5th, 2011 by a Bungie.net user on the Flood named teh Chaz. Later on, it was used by the majority of the Flood users on Bungie on many browser discussions and just Google discussion in general.

It was then later used in various other vs. discussions such as "Battlefield 3 vs. Modern Warfare 3" where a user would say "Battlefield/Call of Duty Master Race". It is still used as of August, 2011.
