CS Bot meme (or Ice Cream/ Snowboard meme) came from the 4chan /v/ board.
The meme consists repeating a previous reply on a thread with a somewhat "computer-corrupted" or Zalgo text. This meme possibly gained its interest because of its creepiness and originality.

It all started with a thread of a person pretending to be a CS bot on /v/ and posting a thread on /v/ about its loneliness. A user replied to this thread complaining about bots boring dialogue ingame on which this reply was made:

Not really empty, just a few bots.

Ok, let's say the bots are talking about snowboards and ice cream. It would be like this

Bot 1:ice cream? god I love ice cream!
Bot 2 : ya , my favorite flavor is vanilla
Bot 3: Ya, that stuff is good, sometimes I dream about snowboarding through a valley of vanilla ice cream.
Bot 1: Ice cream? god I love ice cream!

_and it would repeat._

4chan.

This post ensued a lot of entertainment on the board and soon, almost every post on that thread consisted of this post, parts of this post or any other previous replys and later, posts that contained previous repetitive content, used "corrupted or Zalgo-like" text.

The posts used in this thread and other previous posts on a random thread soon spreaded all around 4chan.
