Irwin started on 4chan on /b/ when someone was trying to force a meme out of boredom. Many people strongly despise the creator for obvious reasons, but some find humor in Irwin's sexual desires.
Irwin is a character from A television show on cartoon network called "The grim adventures of Billy and Mandy." Irwin is a side character who is attracted to one of the main characters, Mandy. Some say the attraction to Mandy (and constant rejection) is the reason Irwin is so sexually distraught.
