"It's Free" is a catchphrase associated with a vectorised image of the Spanish comedy actor Carlos Latre[1] characterized as FC Barcelona's ex-president Josep Lluís Núñez.[2] The image has been featured on rage comics and as reaction on situations of avarice.
Origin
The original image comes from the sports satire show Crackòvia, broadcast in Catalonia, Spain, in a gag where Josep Lluís Núñez (Carlos Latre) participes in Who Wants to Be Millonaire, being asked which was the name of the city that homes FC Barcelona, withdrawing because he didn't know the answer.
On February 11th, 2011, user GAGO uploaded to the Spanish-language Internet humor website Cuanto Cabrón a comic with a vectorized version of Latre's face with the catchphrase "It's Free". In the comic, the main character is offered free coffee samples on a supermarket, accepting them as they are free.[3] The comic has recieved over 9000 votes on 4 years.

On February 9th, 2012, the user lapisb2 upload an image to the content sharing page 9GAG, featuring the phrase "Reasons I still live with my parents" and the image at the end. The image reached the "Hot Page" and got more than 50000 votes.
