Chadchart Sittipunt, Thailand's Minister of Transport, has become an internet sensation since when he walks into the temple with barefeet, wearing shorts & black top and holding the food bags in his right hand. The meme starts when someone posted him with that picture and say (in Thai) "Looks like he's gonna fight with some monks".
