In 1995, Paramount Pictures released 'Congo'. A strange and odd, quirky drama/adventure. Before the adventure starts, they are captured by the Congolese government and are confronted by a military leader who holds an aggressive tea party. Delroy Lindo is Captain Wanta, a man who loves his sesame cakes. When Tim Curry tries to eat some delicious cake, Wanta tells him to stop. And then tells him again.
Of course, such a totally random and humorous statement created derivatives.
