The president is also supposed to be under the law, and her alleged failure to be held accountable to the law is a truly scary prospect. No, that doesn't make her look like a genius. It makes her look like someone that can abuse an already abused system in a way only she can to get off scot-free from whatever blunder or outright abuse she commits while her subjects are potentially the only ones who suffer because of it.

It makes her look like a potentially floundering tyrant hopeful.
