About
Gummigoo is an antagonistic character from episode two of The Amazing Digital Circus, titled, "Candy Carrier Chaos!" The character was first teased in the February 2024 video "POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE" and made his official premiere in May 2024 with the release of the second episode. He is depicted as a gummy crocodile with an Australian accent. Following his premiere, Gummigoo garnered notable popularity online resulting in fan content including fan art.
Origin
On February 23rd, 2024, the GLITCH YouTube[1] channel released the video "POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE," in which they announce that The Amazing Digital Circus would continue as a series and tease aspects of the series. Around the 1:40 mark, Gummigoo is shown for a brief moment as an upcoming character.
Gummigoo is a gummy crocodile with an Australian accent and one of the antagonists in the second episode of The Amazing Digital Circus, titled, "Candy Carrier Chaos!" The episode first premiered on YouTube[2] on May 3rd, 2024, garnering over 40 million views in two days (shown below).
In the episode, Gummigoo and his gang battle against the Digital Circus members, who were sent there earlier by Caine. However, during the battle, Pomni and Gummigoo are flung from the truck they were on and clip through the ground into a test room for the world they are in.
Gummigoo finds player models for himself, his brothers and the other characters in the world and has an existential crisis. Pomni helps him through it and they are able to figure out a way to fling themselves back into the main world and rejoin the others. Gummigoo is invited to join the Circus by Pomni, to which he agrees and goes back through the portal to the circus after completion of the world. However, Caine quickly stops him and is immediately disintegrated into confetti.

Gummigoo became the subject of fan content following the episode two premiere, including fan art, videos and animations. For example, on May 4th, 2024, X[3] user @lemantwopointo posted fan art depicting Gummigoo shooting a gun that gained over 11,000 likes in two days (shown below, left). On May 5th, X[4] user @ChloeImagine posted a crossover comic between Gummigoo and Five Nights at Freddy's, garnering over 23,000 likes in a day (shown below, right).
On that day, YouTuber[5] BENJIxScarlett posted a fan song about Gummigoo, garnering over 8,300 views in a day (shown below).
