The Fairly OddParents - All I remember is that it was a Vicky episode.

Oh yeah, I remember. The whole joke with him was that every girl wanted him despite being a complete loser, all because he was a foreigner.

I also remember one of the pranks on Vicki had her end up looking like a werewolf-girl. (She even acts like a dog.) And the guy turns out to be super into it. Because it reminds him of the hunt!

Ah. I guess it obvious what he was talking about then
