On top of that, Jack is still physically 20-30 years old. If it’s not immoral for a 140 year old elf to fuck a 30 year old human than I think we can use those rules.

Jack is quite clearly MENTALLY the age he was when he stopped aging too, being shy and socially inept around girls.

Actually unrelated to the whole age thing, the argument that it’s creepy for this to be sexual because Ashi is inexperienced in life outside of combat is bullshit, because Jack is also that. He hasn't stopped travelling and killing things since he was five, and is very likely still a virgin since the only women he ever showed interest in were, respectively, Aku in disguise and someone trying to seduce and kill him.
