The guy flashed his dick to a crowd of feminists in a brazilian feminist parade called "Marcha das Vadias" (literally March of the Whores). Yes, that's the name the feminists gave to their movement here.

In defense of the name, the march consisted mostly of rape victims protesting the way they were treated like "whores" who were "asking for it."
